Products purchased from Fixvod are eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is made within 30 days from the date of the transaction.
Please note that if a client's actions are determined to violate applicable laws or Fixvod Terms of Service, any payments made to Fixvod will not be refunded.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy, "Date of the transaction" refers to the date of purchase of any product or service, including the date of any renewal processed by Fixvod as per the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within the specified refund timeframe for that particular product, if available. Please note that certain products may have different refund policies or requirements, and some products may not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Products or services that have been suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abusive usage or violations of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are intended to allow customers to evaluate whether Fixvod services meet their needs. Fixvod does not tolerate abusive usage of refunds in any form.
Fixvod reserves the right to decline refund requests if signs of abuse related to refunds are detected.

Products With Special Refund Terms:
- New Domain Name Registrations: Refundable if canceled and processed within 5 days of registration.
Please be aware that in some instances, cancellation and refund options may not be available for new domain registrations due to restrictions imposed by the applicable registry or registry operating company.
- Domain name transfers: Eligible for a refund only if the transfer fails within 5 days of registration.
The following Country Code Top Level Domain registries do not permit refunds upon cancellation:
